Top bar information is inconsistent

Hi everyone! Any advice is appreciated!

In i-excel the “BASIC SETTINGS” tab of customizer includes a phone number and email address that appear in the top bar in white type, however, while this info does show up on my LAPTOP, on my MOBILE DEVICE it looks as though there is nothing. When I touch the space where my phone number to be, I do get a “CALL XXX.XXX.XXXX” prompt, so the information is THERE but not visible. When I touch the space where the email address would be I get no prompt.

it might be a bug, we tried to test the layout in all sorts of devices.
Which device are you using and in what orientation (portrait/landscape)?
could you please post a screenshot.

I don’t see a way to paste a picture here…

I’m using an iPhone 5. I’ve tried both orientations.
