two doubts

1. the link is not part of shortcode, it is in content, turn the “Text” mode of the editor, you can see the link in there
2. there is “spacer” shortcode between heading “catelog” and its contents bellow, remove that, also there will be margin for heading which can be reduced to reduce space in between further.

3. you can scroll down in edit screen and find “Remove Top and Bottom Padding/Margin” to reduce the top and bottom margin/padding of that page.
